A Flair For Buttons, so I had to make a rainbow layout to put them on! I recently picked up the August kit from Paper Issues and it's all about the rainbow! Lately I have been gravitating towards bright colors and rainbows because I've needed the boost. I chose this photo of a recent gathering of scrap friends because it also makes me happy.
I took my favorite stencil by Julie Balzer. I inked it with a rainbow of Distress Inks, misted, then stamped it onto watercolor paper.
