Favorite Ever Blog Hop Giveaway

Happy Friday! Today the Ambassadors from Graciellie Designs are sharing our favorite kits from the shop. I chose the two that I seem to go back to time and time again.

First up is this darling flower cone found in the Sweetness kit. I usually go with bright colors for the flowers, but I'm ready for Autumn, so I used yellow and orange. I fussy cut the image and backed onto a background that I foiled with this awesome green sketch. I love how it turned out!

Next up I used this fun coffee cup found in Stay Strong. I love coffee, but it's been super hot here and my office AC is dead, so I went with a bright, fun refresher drink. Of course it's caffeinated because the heat is making me sleepy. I used three of the papers found in the Coffee Lovers Digi Paper Pack. I also paper pieced the heart in patterned paper that matched the digi paper. Now I'm ready to drink one of these fun drinks!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Graciellie Designs Blog Hop

I chose Stay Strong for my card. I just love this coffee cup with it's fun whipped cream with sprinkles. I paired it with the Coffee Lovers digi paper pack. I adore this wood grain background paper; it's the perfect pairing for all of you coffee loving  projects.

Graciellie Design Hey Friend

It's finally sunny here in the PNW and I pulled out all of my light, airy, soft papers to make a card with this fun digi stamp kit from Graciellie Design, Hey Friend. I decided to just use the leaf and flower, sizing one of the leaves smaller.

1. Open digi file.  Crop and configure onto page. Print
2. Color in images. I used watercolor pens
3. Afix to base
4. Die cut lace. I tinted the smaller lace pink
5. Glue to base
6. Tie twine around top of base, over lace
7. Pop up sentiment over the hanging leaves and feathers.

I have to tell you that I just love love love this camera digi stamp kit, Embrace The Moment from Graciellie Design.

I opened the frame in Photoshop, slightly tinted it to make it vintage looking, brought in my photo as a second layer and added it under the frame. Since the frame is a PNG, with an open center, the photo pops up inside the frame. I added them to an 8.5" x 11" page and printed them off onto photo paper. I cut them out and added to a mixed media background. I printed off the "Capture The Good Times" sentiment after enlarging it. I also printed off the camera, watercolored and added it as an embellishment. Then I added the clouds, hearts, anchor, and journaling.

I love how it turned out. I will be using these little frames again! How can you think outside the box? Be sure to visit the shop and find the perfect stamp kit or digi paper pack now.

Graciellie Designs Birthday Blog Hop

Good morning! I am excited to to be joining Graciellie Design's team of Ambassadors. Graciellie is an artist I deeply admire and her heart is as beautiful as her art.

Today we are having a blog hop in honor of her birthday, showcasing the June release of new digital stamps in the shop. First up is this gorgeous daisy from Tulips and Daisies. I printed off one large flower and two small. I went with the simple white flower palette, just giving the valleys some simple shading, with a pop of yellow in the center. I arranged them on this fun Polka Dot paper from the Summer Sunshine digi paper pack and double matted.

My second birthday card features Hey Friend. I watercolored the feather, leaf, and flower. I cut the base out using a wonky stitch die, wrapped some twine, added my sentiment, and again double matted.
